Always the week OF a competition, on competition days/weekends always keep the whole day open.

How long do I have before late fees apply?

Answer:

For monthly fees (5) days

For competitions it is due the day of deadline to avoid penalty fee.

Will there be fundraising?

Answer:

About every other month a fundraiser is offered. It is parent responsibility to come inside of gym to find fundraising options throughout the year. They will be on the main table

About how many competitions should I expect a year?

Answer:

Typically, about 6/7, we begin competing in November...and then do about one each month, sometimes two till end of season. If a team accepts a bid, another competition MAY be added.

What is uniform/ warm up cost this year?

Answer:

In contract this year, uniforms are $390 and warm ups are $199

Are hotels required for competitions, or specific hotels?

Answer:

I do not require my athletes/parents to book specific hotels, everyone has different needs and budgets. Hotels are not required but showing up to competition on time IS. Therefore, If it is for example in Louisville and you choose not to book a hotel, you must provide at least an hour and a half extra travel time to put yourself in our vicinity.
